Over six years of studying psychology, I have realised a common yet rarely accepted concept – Every human being has scope for improvement. No one is perfect.

Several celebrities and entrepreneurs have frequently expressed the importance of mental health and accepted flaws publicly.

We know the famous quote by James Clear

” If you get 1% better each day for one year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done.”

James Clear

So why not make attempts to improve your mental health?

Here’s what you need to do. Select one task from the list below, and start working on it the next day. You can choose any goal and start working on it. Scope the task, read about it and start acting on it.

Pro Tip – You can experiment with or combine one task a month. However, you must ensure that you are consistent with each of them. The idea is NOT to execute all of them. The idea is to EXECUTE the chosen one to the best of your ability.
